As soon as we get the tradeshow floor map you will be able to pick your booth.  If you register prior to the map being posted here we will contact you in order of registration to select your booth location.

Vendors, if you need to make a change to your booth # you selected on your registration form CLICK HERE and let us know what change you need.

A few changes to our sponsorship options this year.  We are NOT soliciting items for the 100+ goodie bags as we have in previous years.  Instead we have significantly lowered the cost of our sponsorship levels and encourage you to support OACS by sponsoring at one of the three levels... CAPTAIN,  PILOT or CO-PILOT.

These sponsorships are also in lieu of individual breakout session sponsorships.  Sponsors from all three levels will be recognized on signage throughout the meeting.  All Captain and Pilot level sponsors will also be recognized on the OACS website home page top banner throughout the year.

In addition to picking a sponsorship level we ask you to buy advertising in our fall meeting program.  A great way to get your message to all attendees and further support our annual meeting.
