Please Review these Guidelines before completing and submitting your application.

The officers of the Ohio Association of College Stores (OACS) have adopted the following rules that govern the granting of financial assistance for attending OACS or NACS sponsored meetings.


  • Financial assistance is granted from the Ohio Association of College Stores for the express use of assisting with the recipient's expenditures for OACS and NACS sponsored events, conferences or workshops; either on-line or on-site.


  • Any applicant (excluding student staff) employed by an OACS member in good standing (current dues paid) is eligible to apply for financial assistance.  Final eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


  • All completed applications must be received by the current OACS President at least 45 DAYS prior to the event for which financial assistance is being requested.


  • Financial Assistance will be granted to no more than one application from any one member store or vendor per year.  No more than two grants will be awarded to personnel from any one store or vendor within a four-year period.


  • The amount of the grant will be determined by the officers of OACS.  This amount will not exceed $400 per individual grant.


  • In the event the number of qualified applicants exceeds the funds available, preference will be given to requests in the order they were received.
