The Ohio Association of College Stores (OACS), a not-for-profit professional organization, was established in 1969 to promote bookstores serving the educational institutions of higher learning in the state of Ohio with education and professional growth.
To promote our members to reach for excellence and professionalism in the environment of educational institutions by:
Identifying and communicating trends and new markets to our members.
Providing business solutions and market the benefits to our members.
Providing educational and training programs for our members.
Serving as advocates for our members on other bookstore related issues.
To be the leading association of college and secondary bookstores in the state of Ohio. We will provide leadership, value, resources, and services in the retail environment to bookstores in educational institutions.
